 The Florida Natural Areas Inventory is Florida's Natural Heritage Program and state member of the NatureServe network. They are housed within the Florida Resources and Environmental Analysis Center at Florida State University. They manage a database of current information on Florida's rarest species, maintain an inventory of the state's 

 The Florida Natural Areas Inventory is Florida's Natural Heritage Program and state member of the NatureServe network. They are housed within the Florida Resources and Environmental Analysis Center at Florida State University. They manage a database of current information on Florida's rarest species, maintain an inventory of the state's conservation land holdings, and conduct ecological surveys and analyses to support conservation planning and land management. Their program is entirely supported by projects developed in cooperation with agency partners. 


 Here are the steps for seeing ECNP properties on the map in the FNAI Conservation Lands database:

  1. Go to www.fnai.org
  2. From the Data, Maps & Publication dropdown, select Web Maps
  3. Scroll over the box labelled Conservation Lands and click Launch
  4. On the top right of the screen, click on the round icon called Query
  5. Click on Conservation Lands by Manager
  6. Click on Private
  7. From the "Lead Managing Agency is any of" dropdown, select The Environmental Conservancy of North Port and Surrounding Areas
  8. Click Apply


The properties are  highlighted in red, and are easier to see by zooming in with the mouse wheel.  You can also see them listed in the Query box.
